My experience with Psychiatry UK was a shambles in all. Although Kate was perfectly nice, she relied on the conclusions I drew from my symptoms instead of using her medical knowledge to confirm or offer alternative advice. She was likely following protocol, however, repeatedly increasing my dose when I was experiencing adverse effects was horrendous to endure and I did not feel listened to or cared for in any capacity.

Kate was so helpful and patient all through my titration period, letting me go at my own pace and really listening to my responses and helping me find the right treatment path. I am happy to say we landed on one that works really well and has literally changed my life, so thanks Kate for all your support and guidance through these last 6 months!

Kate was incredibly helpful throughout my son’s titration process for ADHD medication. She was very patient, caring and always available to answer questions as we worked through various medication / dose combinations. The medication has been transformative, and thanks to Kate the process was a very positive experience. I would completely recommend Kate as a titration nurse to others.

Kate was very patient with me and took time to consider my needs and comments. She was always professional but also understanding and flexible in relation to the way I shared information which helped me complete the titration process, while navigating my symptoms. She was quick to respond to my notes and always kind. I can't recommend her enough. My thanks indeed.
